If something is not right, she will point it out even if you think it’s perfect, so you are well informed when you make your decision.
If you are selling, she works with you to make sure you take care of the important things of the house so you attract many buyers. In fact, I would be more comfortable buying houses where she is on the sellers’ side because I know she does her best to work with the seller to make the property at its best for the price point its being listed. This not only helps the seller to get more offers but it is also great for buyers because they are getting a house where there's no "skeletons in the closet", so to speak.

We had never been to Hunterdon Cty and were definitely at a disadvantage as we started out. Adding Patricia to our process was a gamechanger—kinda like getting automatic homefield advantage.
