There are so many things to consider, so many details in the process. I have tried to write this review at least 30 times but it is difficult to find the words to describe our gratitude to Roseanne O'Keefe. She was present for us, for everything, every step of the way. Her knowledge and expertise made it all go so smoothly. Her input, guidance and strategy are responsible for the positive outcome we achieved. She worked tirelessly to anticipate our needs and reassure and comfort us with open availability for questions and concerns. There is no other realtor I would do business with. Rosanne started as our realtor and ended as our friend.

We came across Roseann when viewing a home she had listed, her knowledge of Green Brook left us super impressed and so we decided to reach out to her when we wanted to view another house. She was super responsive and quickly scheduled a time with us. She gave us candid counsel on the homes we viewed with her. During the closing process she was super responsive and always took the time to explain everything to us. The day we closed Roseann got us the cutest presents and also volunteered to stop by and check on the house when there was reno work going on since we lived an hour away and couldn't be there every day to make sure the house was locked up properly. This market is incredibly tough and its inundated with inexperienced realtors that are out for themselves, only caring about making a sale or expanding their network. That’s not what you’ll find with Roseann. We started working with her in the summer of 2021 and only managed to find a house now, almost two and a half years later.
