I had a really great experience working with Patricia. I found her through a reference of mine. I felt desperate when I started this process because of the living situation I was in at the time. I was renting and had to leave that house so I decided I would buy a home instead.
I felt comfortable moving forward with her because she spent a lot of time educating me and helping me understand the entire process. I've never bought a home before, so this was all new to me.
I am thrilled that I ended up working with Patricia because she was on top of everything. When I first spoke with her I let her know my situation and how I needed to find a house quickly and something that fit my needs of cleanliness and quality. Within a week we had an offer on a house. There were a number of issues that came up on the seller's side. He encouraged us to hold open houses and he personally held them when other agents were not willing to do so. He also personally screened all the private viewings when other agents were suggesting we do it ourselves using a free app on our phone. He was always available to take our calls and promptly return with answers to questions or concerns we had. First she went through our home prior to listing and pointed out little things like removing clutter and cleaning cobwebs to make sure we maximized our value and showed off the home’s best features.
