Judy is very knowledgeable of the process in NJ and will guide you from start to finish. She never pushes you to make a decision. He helped us get handymen to fix issues and helped negotiate some survey issues with the neighbors. He is extremely responsive and is willing to extend himself to make his client comfortable. He got us a lot of showings, despite the house being listed in winter and during Sandy. He is very well connected and marketed the house very well to other brokers as well as prospective buyers. IHaving sold 3 houses in the past, I have dealt with many borkers, John is by far the best broker I dealt with. He kept our expectations real and gave us his honest opinion whenever we asked him. We were first time buyers, and have been looking for last 2 years. We had switched several agents in the process as well. We were looking in all over NJ. We met Jeanne, and she was an angel from the beginning.
She was always prepared with print outs of what we were going to see, in which order. I still remember I had a flight to London on Sunday evening, and had only couple of hours to look at shorthills properties. In shorthills, properties don't wait for a week for me to come back. She made a list, and we looked at 5 properties in less than 2 hours, and we never felt rushed. That was just one example. We have known her for over a year now, and I can say my whole family likes Jeanne. Our 3 yr old son was very fond of her as well. I would highly recommend Jeanne for her professionalism, and knowledge of the market. She would respond to my emails late at night, draw up contracts over a weekend.
