We left Maplewood (commuting village, on the grid, wired into NYC), and moved west to find some land and our dream home. And Patricia made it work for us.

All of the utilities were foreign to us; switching from natural gas to propane and heating oil; understanding radon... Patricia helps alleviate all of these things naturally because she’s helped dozens of people go through the exact same thing. We're all so busy that we don't need another person to manage. Patricia literally became an extension of our search process, and instrument of success, seamlessly uplifting our approach (see first sentence!). It's even a little deceiving because she's so fluent at this. During a very intense 8 month period of dealing with agents to sell our old home and buy a new one, having a baby, going to more than 30 open houses across that period... we got a good look at a lot of Agents we interacted with, and Patricia is in the very upper tier of all of them. Again this is a little deceiving at first because Patricia is such a sweet and engaging person, and appears young-- but make no mistake, she knows her game and she knows her domain.

I had a really great experience working with Patricia. I found her through a reference of mine. I felt desperate when I started this process because of the living situation I was in at the time. I was renting and had to leave that house so I decided I would buy a home instead.
I felt comfortable moving forward with her because she spent a lot of time educating me and helping me understand the entire process. I've never bought a home before, so this was all new to me.
I am thrilled that I ended up working with Patricia because she was on top of everything. When I first spoke with her I let her know my situation and how I needed to find a house quickly and something that fit my needs of cleanliness and quality. We immediately began the searching process. She did a great job feeding me the listings, and so it really didn't take long to find something that I liked.
Within a week we had an offer on a house. There were a number of issues that came up on the seller's side. It ended up not being a problem for me because she was there to guide me through it and she made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. We ended up closing on the house within 30 days, which due to my desperation was a significant relief. The fact that we were able to find a place quickly, deal with various issues from the seller, and close within 30 days absolutely blew my mind.
