We had never been to Hunterdon Cty and were definitely at a disadvantage as we started out. Adding Patricia to our process was a gamechanger—kinda like getting automatic homefield advantage. We were first time buyers, and have been looking for last 2 years. We had switched several agents in the process as well. We were looking in all over NJ. We met Jeanne, and she was an angel from the beginning.
She was always prepared with print outs of what we were going to see, in which order. I still remember I had a flight to London on Sunday evening, and had only couple of hours to look at shorthills properties. In shorthills, properties don't wait for a week for me to come back. She made a list, and we looked at 5 properties in less than 2 hours, and we never felt rushed. That was just one example.
