Tommy was a pleasure to work with while selling our home. His enthusiasm, motivation and knowledge about the area and the market convinced us to re-list with him after our first attempt at selling with a different agent had failed. We had a unique style home which required a more specific type of buyer and Tommy was willing to listen to our ideas while offering his own to come up with the best approach to re-list our home. He provided us with a full market analysis of our home in a hard-covered book and came up with a reasonable listing price we all agreed on and not just some low-ball price so he could get a quick sale. He encouraged us to hold open houses and he personally held them when other agents were not willing to do so. Judy is a realtor for lifetime. Once you work with her, she will be your go to person for your home buying/selling needs for the rest of your life. Judy is very knowledgeable of the process in NJ and will guide you from start to finish. She never pushes you to make a decision. She understands that, it’s the biggest purchase in your life and a hard decision to make. We looked at so many properties with her for years but yet she made sure no matter how many we looked, the one we picked was the right one for us. She does her homework (on the house, the neighborhood, etc.) before any viewing. If something is not right, she will point it out even if you think it’s perfect, so you are well informed when you make your decision.
If you are selling, she works with you to make sure you take care of the important things of the house so you attract many buyers. In fact, I would be more comfortable buying houses where she is on the sellers’ side because I know she does her best to work with the seller to make the property at its best for the price point its being listed. This not only helps the seller to get more offers but it is also great for buyers because they are getting a house where there's no "skeletons in the closet", so to speak.
