We were first time buyers, and have been looking for last 2 years. We had switched several agents in the process as well. We were looking in all over NJ. We met Jeanne, and she was an angel from the beginning.
She was always prepared with print outs of what we were going to see, in which order. I still remember I had a flight to London on Sunday evening, and had only couple of hours to look at shorthills properties. In shorthills, properties don't wait for a week for me to come back. We had never been to Hunterdon Cty and were definitely at a disadvantage as we started out. Adding Patricia to our process was a gamechanger—kinda like getting automatic homefield advantage. All of the utilities were foreign to us; switching from natural gas to propane and heating oil; understanding radon... Patricia helps alleviate all of these things naturally because she’s helped dozens of people go through the exact same thing. Christina worked closely with us during the entire process. She was always available and responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I felt she knew the area and the homes very well and had a good relationship with other realtors. We had an unfortunate experience where our first deal fell through (nothing to do with Christina). She kept us calm and explained the next steps. Christina was able to find another buyer and basically worked her magic right before Thanksgiving to close in 30 days while at the same time selling the buyers property in 3 days! We first met with John in late 2021 as we were about to make an offer on a new home out of state.
