We had never been to Hunterdon Cty and were definitely at a disadvantage as we started out. Adding Patricia to our process was a gamechanger—kinda like getting automatic homefield advantage. I had a really great experience working with Patricia. I found her through a reference of mine. I felt desperate when I started this process because of the living situation I was in at the time. I was renting and had to leave that house so I decided I would buy a home instead.
I felt comfortable moving forward with her because she spent a lot of time educating me and helping me understand the entire process. I've never bought a home before, so this was all new to me.
I am thrilled that I ended up working with Patricia because she was on top of everything. When I first spoke with her I let her know my situation and how I needed to find a house quickly and something that fit my needs of cleanliness and quality. We immediately began the searching process. She did a great job feeding me the listings, and so it really didn't take long to find something that I liked.
Within a week we had an offer on a house. There were a number of issues that came up on the seller's side. It ended up not being a problem for me because she was there to guide me through it and she made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. We ended up closing on the house within 30 days, which due to my desperation was a significant relief. The fact that we were able to find a place quickly, deal with various issues from the seller, and close within 30 days absolutely blew my mind.

We were first time buyers, and have been looking for last 2 years. We had switched several agents in the process as well. We were looking in all over NJ. We met Jeanne, and she was an angel from the beginning.
She was always prepared with print outs of what we were going to see, in which order. I still remember I had a flight to London on Sunday evening, and had only couple of hours to look at shorthills properties. In shorthills, properties don't wait for a week for me to come back. She made a list, and we looked at 5 properties in less than 2 hours, and we never felt rushed. That was just one example. We have known her for over a year now, and I can say my whole family likes Jeanne. Our 3 yr old son was very fond of her as well. I would highly recommend Jeanne for her professionalism, and knowledge of the market. She would respond to my emails late at night, draw up contracts over a weekend.
Her knowledge of local market comes in handy, as we browsed through Livinginston and other neighborhoods. Her insight and analysis was always spot on and backed by facts and comp data. She never peddled that she wouldn't buy herself.

Judy is very knowledgeable of the process in NJ and will guide you from start to finish. She never pushes you to make a decision. She understands that, it’s the biggest purchase in your life and a hard decision to make. We looked at so many properties with her for years but yet she made sure no matter how many we looked, the one we picked was the right one for us. She does her homework (on the house, the neighborhood, etc.) before any viewing. If you are selling, she works with you to make sure you take care of the important things of the house so you attract many buyers. In fact, I would be more comfortable buying houses where she is on the sellers’ side because I know she does her best to work with the seller to make the property at its best for the price point its being listed. This not only helps the seller to get more offers but it is also great for buyers because they are getting a house where there's no "skeletons in the closet", so to speak.
