I had a really great experience working with Patricia. I found her through a reference of mine. I felt desperate when I started this process because of the living situation I was in at the time. I was renting and had to leave that house so I decided I would buy a home instead.

I am thrilled that I ended up working with Patricia because she was on top of everything. We had never been to Hunterdon Cty and were definitely at a disadvantage as we started out. Adding Patricia to our process was a gamechanger—kinda like getting automatic homefield advantage. We left Maplewood (commuting village, on the grid, wired into NYC), and moved west to find some land and our dream home. And Patricia made it work for us.

All of the utilities were foreign to us; switching from natural gas to propane and heating oil; understanding radon...
