We found John from fliers and decided to call him. John told us about the whole process, how to stage the house and what to expect during the open house. We put our house on the market and had our first offer two hours after the close which was 20k over the ask. From the open house to close it took twenty days! Judy is very knowledgeable of the process in NJ and will guide you from start to finish. She never pushes you to make a decision. We looked at so many properties with her for years but yet she made sure no matter how many we looked, the one we picked was the right one for us. She does her homework (on the house, the neighborhood, etc.) before any viewing. If you are selling, she works with you to make sure you take care of the important things of the house so you attract many buyers. We're all so busy that we don't need another person to manage. She was always prepared with print outs of what we were going to see, in which order.
