After 2 years of 2 different realtors helping us look for a home in Long Hill Township Warren Township area- my husband and I met Christina at a social gathering in early spring 2016 and within weeks, Christina found us our first home!
Christina understood our budget limitations and financial situation and worked really hard in finding us the right home in the location we desired. She was quick and resourceful on our move to purchase with the home barely on the market a week. She is intuitive and knew this home was right for us.

I had a really great experience working with Patricia. I found her through a reference of mine. I felt desperate when I started this process because of the living situation I was in at the time. I was renting and had to leave that house so I decided I would buy a home instead.
I felt comfortable moving forward with her because she spent a lot of time educating me and helping me understand the entire process. I've never bought a home before, so this was all new to me.
I am thrilled that I ended up working with Patricia because she was on top of everything. When I first spoke with her I let her know my situation and how I needed to find a house quickly and something that fit my needs of cleanliness and quality. Within a week we had an offer on a house. There were a number of issues that came up on the seller's side. Her market knowledge, inventory, negotiation and transaction management skills are very good. She carefully listened to our wish list and carved a good selection of properties which met our criteria. Our interactions were ‘no pressure’ and she answered a range of our questions. She shared her deep insights and presented the comps and her views to help us shortlist the right properties.
In spite of our offer not being the highest, her reputation as an honest realtor helped us get through with the sellers and the selling agent. I assumed with the offer finalized the role of realtor was complete, only to realize that getting the offer through is just 20% of the process.
